Cusco Mountain Biking Routes
We offer two different tours:

Maras, Moray and Salt Mines Route (Full Day):
This is a beautiful tour to do in one day, combining Andean landscapes, archaeological sites, local culture and traditional villages. We will have an opportunity to enjoy the flora and fauna sorrounded by the Andes Mountains where we can find some places to practice Zipline Tours in Cusco.
Maras is characterized by the large quantify of stone porches that remain in the houses from the colonial period, The Colonial temple (San Francisco) containig art work from the cusquenan school of paiting, then We will visit Moray which occupies a big area, the site holds four inca agricultural laboratories used to experiment with the cultivation of crops such potatoes and maize.
Moray are a circular terraces linked by aqueducts to irrigate the crops. Then We will visit the Salt Mines, Thousands of blocks are extracted from the mine, from which salt is processed in the same way it has been since the Inca period.
The Biking Tour finishes at Salt Mines, from where we travel back to Cusco.

Lares Mountain Biking (2 days/ 1 night)
Day 1: We leave in the morning from Cusco to Calca in public bus, and then we take another service towards the Abra of Lares, from where we start mountain biking downhill, towards the hot springs of Lares, where we spend the night.
Day 2: After breakfast and a hot bath (entrance fee extra) we will return to the Abra of Lares by bus from where we pedal downhill 60 kilometers by an Inca Trail to Calca, where we take our return bus to Cusco.
Route: Cusco – Abra de Lares – Lares Hot springs
Distance: 100 kilometers by bicycle
Accommodation: We camp close to the Lares hot springs.
